This scheme encompassed 75 sq.m of basement under entire footprint of existing terrace house. £1/2 million refurbishment project comprised of extensive underpinning around the perimeter of the whole house. Complex nature of the project required our close attention to the detail. Detailed method statement was the key to Building Control's approval.
