Work progresses fast on our second project in Harpenden. The project comprised of complete renovation of 1930’s house with additional 150 m² of new build basement, 3m deep, which involves extensive underpinning of the existing house. The project went though complicated two stage planning application due to the fact that the building is in conservation area.

Basement extensions for the existing properties becoming London’s trend where more and more clients due to high cost of land decide to go underground.
