2008 The Drive, Snaresbrook
Major refurbishment of existing detached house which comprised
of newly added 160 sq.m of basement with large swimming pool in
it as well as garage operated with vertical lifting mechanism. The
basement was created by carrying out extensive underpinning under
entire footprint of the existing house. Project cost was around
£1m. Complex nature of the project required our close attention
to the detail. MWE were also responsible for the design of the swimming
pool structure as well as large steel portal frame acting as a transfer
structure as well as providing stability .
